LAKE OSWEGO, Oregon.- Montgomery & Graham Inc. is excited to announce that they have acquired the employee benefits division of CFP Inc. creating a merger between two great organizations.

CFP Inc. was founded in May of 1964 and has over 53 years of experience in estate and business succession planning, asset management, and group and executive benefits. The company has established an expansive geographical footprint, as well as client base, servicing well established organizations, universities, and associations in the Willamette Valley.

The merger will provide Montgomery & Graham and CFP with a larger footprint that will expand from Portland, OR/S.W. Washington down to Salem, Oregon and beyond. Scott Lyda, a Salem resident and partner in Montgomery & Graham, will be the managing partner of the CFP-M&G division
