Wes began his insurance career with the Mutual of Omaha companies where he achieved their highest sales honor for 3 straight years. It was at the Mutual of Omaha companies where he and Eric Graham first started working together.  The two found that they had great synergies together and was formalized when they went out on their own and formed Montgomery & Graham, Inc. in 1997. Wes is active in his community and sits on several youth sports boards and has coached football at Sherwood High School since 1990 where he is currently the Assistant Head Coach for the varsity football team.
